Check the oil supply is work correctly. X
Before performing any maintenance or cleaning work, Always pull out the
battery pack!
Cleaning:
1. Do not spray the unit with water. Ingress of water may destroy the
Switch/plug combination unit and the electric motor.
2. Clean the unit with a cloth, hand brush, etc.
Warning: cutting edges of chain are sharp, use protective gloves when
handling chain.
Retensioning saw chain (Fig. 4)
Loosen nut (9) (hand-tight).
Lift saw rail tip slightly and hold.
Tighten tensioning screw for chain tension (8) until the chain is positioned
tightly against the underside of the saw rail.
Tighten nut (9).
Regrinding saw chain
Special tools are required to sharpen the saw chain and guarantee that the
blades of the chain are sharpened at the correct angle and to the correct depth.
We recommend having the saw chain reground by specialist.
STORAGE
Allow the motor to cool down for aprox.30 minutes.
Tighten or replace worn, loose, or damaged parts. Clean thoroughly.
