Slide a Ø12 washer onto the rear axle.

Tighten a lock nut on the end of the rear axle with a spanner.
Repeat on the other side.
NOTE: An extra spanner has been provided to hold
the locking nut on the other side of the rear of the
axle while tightening the locking nut on
the other side.
6.
Fit the hub cap on the wheel.
Turn the body of the vehicle upright.
7.
Fit the handlebar tube to the end of the steering
column.
8.
Align the holes on each side of the handlebar
with the holes in the nut end of the opposite
steering column. of the bolt to secure the
steering wheel to the steering column.
9.
Attach the a end of the nut to the end of the
opposite steering column. of the bolt to secure
the steering wheel to the steering column.
