Only operate the watering
valve in a vertical position.
Do not use sealing compound
or lubricant to connect the wa-
tering valve to the tap.
Do not operate the device
without the integrated filter at
the water inlet.
Regularly check the filter at
the water inlet for damage.
Particles in the water which
enter the device through a
damaged filter will prevent the
valve from opening and clos-
ing properly.
Replace the damaged water
filter immediately.
Check the device for leaks
and ensure that the valves
open and close reliably if the
device has been shut down for
a long period of time, and al-
ways at least once a month.
Do not pull on connected hos-
es.
Observe wall and surface re-
quirements before wall mount-
ing.
When mounting on the wall,
check the load capacity of the
wall. Mount the device secure-
ly on the wall.
The device must be accessi-
ble at all times. Do not mount
the device in inaccessible
places or higher than
2 meters.
Do not install the watering
valve near heat sources and

protect it against frost (permit-
ted ambient temperature 5 °C
to 40 °C).
Only use batteries approved
for your watering valve. You

operating instructions for your
device.
Do not use rechargeable bat-
teries.
Do not install the watering
valve in locations where con-
densation can form.
Do not operate the watering
valve near devices that are
connected to power.
Do not start up a device that is
not functioning correctly.
