User's Inspection

The package must be checked immediately upon receipt:
•
— Original packaging and packing seal are intact.
— Contents are complete and not damaged.
Any transport damage must be reported immediately.
•
In addition, the following must be noted
Visual inspection of the cable and plug for potential damage.
•
• Integrity of the handle shells, the handle and the tubular shaft (check for cracks, fractures
or deformation).
Easy movement of all components.
•
WARNING
Risk of infection in case of improper handling!
Non-sterile use can cause severe health risks for the patient!
Sterility of the blade holder can be guaranteed only if the sterile packaging is undamaged
•
and the seal intact.
— Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
Never reprocess and/or reuse blade holders!
•
Blade holders supplied in sterile packaging are single-use items and must be disposed of
•
after use according to the applicable regulations!
