Operation
Use the UP / DOWN buttons to set the value for time/
distance. Press the MODE/SET button to confi rm.
Press the START/STOP button to start training.
A beep sounds when you reach your set goal.
You can set more than one goal. Press the START/STOP
button to start the following training session.
The display switches automatically to standby mode (LCD
off) if you take no action for 4 minutes. Press a button on the
computer to activate the display.

Displays your heart rate.
Note: To measure heart rate,
both your hands must be on the pulse sensors.
