WPE DIESEL GENERATORS
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Engine will not start.
Engine is running but no output.
Cause
No fuel.
The battery is flat
Check oil level
Valve clearance is not correct
Piston ring worn or rings in wrong
place
Bolts of cylinder head are not tight Tighten the bolts
AC circuit breaker is turned 'OFF'
The contact of socket is not good
AVR is broken
Other.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
Add fuel.
Recharge or replace
Add oil if needed
Adjust the clearance as per operational
manual
Change and adjust piston ring
Put the main AC switch to the "ON" position
Adjust the feet of socket
Replace AVR
