compartment cover.

Remove the 2 fixing screws
(b) from the base. Do not
touch the mirrors.
6 Replace the spent batteries with 3 new LR03 alkaline batteries, all
the same make and from the same batch, making sure they are the
right way round (+/-).
Close the detector, reversing the above opening steps.
