Controls and indicators

1.
Start/Stop indicator and button
If the indicator is lit, the motor is ON.
You can start/stop each motor with this button.
2.
Stop button
This button stops all the motors simultaneously when
pressed.

Battery charge indicator
When all the LED are on, the battery is fully charged

Inspections prior to starting

Inlet
Prior to starting, check that:
The filters are installed;
The closing band is properly tightened;
The vacuum hose and tools have been correctly fitted into
the inlet (1);
The bag or safety container is installed, if applicable.
Do not use the device if the filters are faulty.

Starting and stopping

Before starting the machine, lock the caster brakes
Press button (2) to start each vacuum motor
Press button (1) to start each additional vacuum motor
Press button (1) again to stop each motor or press button
(2) to stop all motors at once.

Emergency stopping

Press Stop button. The vacuum cleaner stops.

Operation

Vacuum gauge (2): green zone (3), red zone (1)
Check the flow rate:
when the vacuum cleaner is operating, the pointer of
the vacuum gauge must remain in the green zone (3)
to ensure that the speed of the intake air does not drop
below the safety value of 20 m/sec;
if the pointer is in the red zone (1) it means that the speed
of the air in the vacuum hose is less than 20 m/s and that
the vacuum cleaner is not operating in safety conditions.
The filters must be shaken or replaced.
during normal operation conditions, close the vacuum
hose, the pointer of the vacuum gauge must switch from
the green zone (3) to the red zone (1).

When the vacuum cleaner is operating, always check
that the vacuum gauge pointer remains in the green
zone (3).
Consult the "Troubleshooting" chapter if faults occur.
The air speed in the suction tube should not be less
than 20 m/s.
Condition indicated by the pointer of the vacuum gauge
in the green zone (3).
All machines must only use hoses with diameters in
accordance with the "Technical Data" table.

At the end of a cleaning session

Turn off the machine
Empty the container and clean the machine as described
in the "Maintenance, cleaning and decontamination"
paragraph.
Wash the container with clean water if aggressive
substances have been vacuumed.
Store the machine in a dry place, out of reach of
unauthorized people.
Lock the caster brakes.
During transport and when not using the machine, close
the inlet with the relevant plug (if equipped).
