Important notes on installation
In cooling mode, the unit must be
placed near a window or an opening
so that the warm exhaust air can
be directed outside. First place the
appliance on a flat floor and ensure
that there is a minimum distance of 45
cm around the appliance and that it is
close to a power outlet.
•
The device should be placed on a solid foundation to minimise noise and
vibrations.
•
Place the unit on a smooth, level floor that is strong enough to support the
unit.
•
The unit is equipped with castors to make it easy to set up, but should only
be rolled over smooth, flat surfaces. Use caution when rolling the unit over
a carpeted floor. Be careful and protect the floor when rolling over wooden
floors. Do not attempt to roll the unit over objects.
•
The appliance must be installed near a power outlet.
•
Keep a minimum distance of 45 cm around the appliance and upwards from
walls or other objects.
•
Close the windows and doors in the room to be air-conditioned.
•
If you use the unit continuously during the season, leave one door slightly
open to ensure adequate ventilation.
•
Protect the room from direct sunlight by partially closing curtains or blinds to
make the operation of the unit much more economical.
•
Do not place any objects on top of the device.
•
Do not block the air inlet or outlet of the unit. Reduced airflow will result in
poor performance and could damage the unit.
•
Make sure that there are no heat sources in the room.
