Introduction

Thank you for choosing our new generation of LCD monitors. The UltraView LCD
17in./19in. monitors display NTSC or PAL standard color pictures on CCTV systems.
Their lightweight, slim design includes many outstanding features as well as a high
resolution display. In addition, the monitor also provides access to the new OSD (On
Screen Display) controls and has built-in multi-media speakers. Please follow ALL
instructions and cautions carefully before using this product.
• Read this manual cover to cover.
• Pay attention to all warnings and cautions.
• Do not use computer components not recommend by the manufacturer.
• Do not attempt to service the monitor by yourself. If a problem occurs, contact
you local supplier.
Unpacking
The standard package includes the following:
• 17 in./19 in. TFT LCD monitor
• Power adapter: 12 VDC, 4 A, 100 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz
• VGA cable
• DVI-I cable
• AC power cord, 1.2 m
• Built-in strengthened glass
• User manual
Cleaning the product
• The display area is highly prone to scratching. Do not use ketone-type material
(ex. Acetone), ethyl alcohol, toluene, ethyl acid or methyl chloride to clean the
screen. It might permanently damage the screen. Recommended cleaners are
water, IPA (Iso Prophyl Alcohol), or Hexane.
• To remove dust or dirt from the screen, use a soft clean cotton cloth and wipe
gently.
• Do not apply pressure to the screen surface while wiping.
Storage
• Do not store the monitor in temperatures greater than 60℃ (140℉) or relative
humidity greater than 85%.
• Store in a dark place, keep away from sunlight and ultra violet (UV) radiation.
• Air bubbles may develop within the glass screen if these recommendations are
not observed.
