Side Play Adjustment in the Front and Rear Links
After a period of use it may be necessary to adjust the bearings to reduce side play in the links.

Loosen the 4 Locking Set Screws A to release the
Pivot Pins.

To reduce the play in the Links:
Using a Peg Spanner (Part No. 940054)
in the Adjuster Cap to prevent
rotation, use a second Peg Spanner to
carefully turn the Pivot Pin clockwise
to eliminate unnecessary side play in
the links.
Check that the knee moves freely.
Note... Adjust one axis at a time and
confirm free movement of knee before
progressing to adjust the next.
Note... If play cannot be eliminated
replace bearings and apply STP to
lubricate bearing surfaces.

Re -tighten all locking screws, using Loctite 222
on Locking Set Screws A.
