Heuer Customer Service Centers will provide you with the details
of your nearest TAG Heuer authorized retailer.
Additionally, in order to be covered by the International Limited
Guarantee, to the extent permitted by local legislations, the TAG
Heuer Connected Watch shall be returned with its original battery
and charger to a TAG Heuer Customer Service Center.
This International Limited Guarantee may be transferred with the
TAG Heuer Connected Watch.
Please also read the specific additional terms below, which apply
depending on the country where you purchased your TAG Heuer
product(s).
Specific additional terms of guarantees
- General
This International Limited Guarantee provides rights separate to
statutory rights provided under consumer law which may vary
from one country to another. For a comprehensive understand-
ing of your statutory rights you should review the laws of your
country, including those in connection with the conformity of
goods with a sales contract.
- Australia and New Zealand
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights
and remedies available to you under local law, which cannot be
excluded. Your product comes with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or under New
Zealand Law.
If your product does not comply with relevant statutory guaran-
tees, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major
failure or may be entitled to recover costs for an amount for the
reduction in the product's value and in some cases compensation
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also
entitled to have your product repaired or replaced if it fails to
be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a

- Brazil
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to the man-
datory rules and guarantees provided in the Brazilian Consumer
Defence Code – CDC (Law No. 8078/90, as amended). We strongly
recommend you consult the provisions of the CDC.
TAG Heuer and its official Customer Service Centers, to the extent
permitted by Brazilian law, shall have sole discretion to decide
to elect one of the three alternatives (i) repair, (ii) replace or (iii)
refund your product under the International Limited Guarantee.
Also, to the extent permitted by Brazilian law, TAG Heuer shall
not be liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential
damages.
- Israel
These specific additional terms applicable to the State of Israel
(the "Israeli Specific Terms") shall supplement the provisions of
the International Limited Guarantee and be incorporated in the
same to constitute an integral part thereof. The purpose of these
Israeli Specific Terms is to meet the requirements of the Consumer
Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations
(Warranty and Service After Sale), 2006, which cannot be excluded.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the International
Limited Guarantee:
1. This International Limited Guarantee is provided on behalf of
TAG Heuer, branch of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA.
2. The International Limited Guarantee shall commence from the
date of receiving the purchased product.
3. During the first year of guarantee:
3.1 Notwithstanding anything stated in the International
Limited Guarantee, the International Limited Guarantee
shall cover any function defect (including damages to
batteries) arising during normal use of the product in ac-
cordance with its technical specifications, user manuals, as
well as any non-arguable quality defects on the cosmetics
or mechanical functions that are obviously coming from a
component quality problem or watch mis-assembly.
3.2 In order for the International Limited Guarantee to be hon-
ored, you are only required to present the duly electroni-
cally activated (or duly signed, if no electronic activation
system is available) International Guarantee Card or a proof
of purchase. As the guarantee is individual to the product,
you will be asked the serial number of your TAG Heuer
Connected Watch (engraved on the case back) in order to
link it with the guarantee.
