PROBLEMS
The user sees prolonged
water flow from the filter
holder after making an
espresso.
Presence of coffee grounds

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Scale build-up is occurring
on your machine because
of particularly hard water.
The filter holder is clogged. Clean the filter holder with

filter holder is mounted is

The coffee is not suitable
for espresso.
There is too little coffee in
the filter.
The valve at the bottom
of the tank is dirty or
defective.
The valve is blocked by

fitted correctly.

SOLUTIONS
Immediately
your machine as per the
directions for use.
