This LED Light bar has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will only fit in
a polarized outlet one way. If the plug does not fully fit in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use
power strip unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE THIS FIXTURE WITH A DIMMING CIRCUIT.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Use ONLY insulated staples or plastic ties to secure the cords.
2. Route and secure the cords so that they will not be pinched or damaged.
3. LED light output is strong enough to injure human eyes. Do NOT look directly at
exposed LEDs.
4. LEDs gradually emit less light over their lifetime.
5. Do NOT use with an extension cord, use ONLY with power strips that have integral
overcurrent protection.
6. Do NOT mount to surfaces less than ¼ in.

NOTE: Ensure mounting location is within 5ft. of an electrical outlet. Clean surface with rubbing alcohol. Remove red liner. Press two
medium strips (DD) to the back of the fixture on each end for 9" bar and small strip (CC) to the back of the sensor. Remove black liners.
Press the fixture and the sensor to surface with tab towards you. Press firmly for 30 sec.
Connect fixtures, wave/5CCT sensor switch, and plug-in driver by using the provided various sizes of linking cords. Use provided cord
clips (EE) where additional wire control is needed. Peel the backing off each clip and mount where required. Plug the Plug-in Driver into
the outlet.
SLOWLY
Slowly stretch each strip slowly against the surface at least 6 inches to release for the sensor and 12 inches to release for the bar.

9. Only the add-on bar (Model #UC1271-WH1-09LF1-G) can be linked to this starter kit.
Only three additional bars can be added to this starter kit for a total of 6 bars.
10. NOT intended for recessed installation in ceiling or soffits.
11. Suitable for INDOOR damp locations ONLY.
