Installation
Before deciding where to install the detector,
determine if the detected gas is heavier or
lighter than air. If the gas is heavier than air (eg
LPG), install the detector 0.3-1m away from
the floor. If the gas is lighter than air (eg natural
gas, methane gas), install the detector 0.3-1m
away from the ceiling. The distance from the gas
source must be less than 1.5m.
