USER GUIDE
IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
In order to ensure proper use and maximum performance of the equipment without
accidents, read the instructions carefully before mounting and using the chlorinator.
Improper use of the equipment, could lead to serious consequences such as damage
to installations, injuries and even risk of death.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. Installation and maintenance of the chlorinator should be carried out by a licen-
sed electrician, as there is a risk of electrocution, serious injury or even death.
2. Before carrying out any type of maintenance, make sure that the equipment is
switched off, unplugged and the electrical current disconnected.
3. The chlorinator transformer must be connected to a power source with an
automatic magnetothermic protector.
4. The chlorinator must be installed in a well-ventilated area, to facilitate its cooling.
Avoid installing it in places that may cause damage due to rain or humidity.
5. The installation personnel must read this manual before proceeding with the
installation. Consult your dealer if there are any problems during installation.
6. In the event that any component of the chlorinator needs a replacement, make
this purchase preferably through an official ESPA LEADER distributor.
1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Our salt chlorinators have the most advanced technology. It is multifunctional and easy to
operate. It has various operations such self-cleaning, automatic protection and signal of
malfunction and / or breakdown. You can set the desired chlorine concentration, thus achieving
the desired efficiency while protecting the environment.
Main features of the product:
1.Remote control and the chlorinator are integrated into the equipment for an easier installation.
2. Water inlet and outlet are designed on the same axis, thus facilitating the installation of the
pipes.
3. Titanium cell is easily accessible for an easy installation and maintenance.
4. User can choose between different levels of chlorine concentration. These levels can be
adjusted according to each need, saving energy and taking care of the environment.
5. The chlorinator includes a salt concentration indicator, as well as an alarm signal in case of
failure or malfunction.
6. The chlorinator has protection against water temperature (10 to 40°C) and against possible
unexpected cuts in the flow of the same. This will prevent breakdowns and extend the life of
the chlorinator.
7. Water level sensor: the chlorinator will only work if it detects the correct water level.
8. When you turn it on, the operation recovers the program you chose before turning it off as it
is memorized in the system.
WARNING
After a power failure, an automatic ignition takes place.
When the electrical current is restored, the equipment automatically restarts its operation.
The system memorizes the last programmed setting and will start the operation based on that
setting, including acceleration (the acceleration timer is reset).

3. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. The mounting position can be horizontal or vertical
with upward outlet.
2. Make sure that the size of the pipe used for the insta-
llation is the same as the water intake of the chlorinator.
The measure is Ø50mm.
3. Check that the valves are closed.
4. Clean and remove any residue from the pipes and connection joints.
5. The salt chlorinator must be installed with the water return pipe in the direction of the pool
and with a bypass as indicated in the diagram. A regulating valve must be installed in the main
pipe as indicated in diagrams 1 and 2).
6. Make sure the direction of the water flow matches the direction indicated by the chlorinator.
7. For the connection of pipes and joints, use special glue for PVC.
8. For the correct electrical connection of the chlorinator, an external transformer is provided.
Input AC110 ~ 220V 50 ~ 60Hz, Output DC24V / 4A.
9. The electrical adapter must be connected to a source of electrical current that has multiple
separation with 3mm contact opening. The protection of the system will be based on a
differential switch (Δfn = 30mA).
10. The chlorinator must be installed in a ventilated area so that it does not overheat. Do not
install the chlorinator in areas where rainwater reaches or is wet, as this could damage the
electrical components of the equipment.
11. It is preferable that the chlorinator is not exposed to direct sunlight as this could cause
further deterioration of the outer casing.

4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. When the chlorinator is connected, open the chlori-
nator valve making sure there is enough water flow in.
2. To connect the power cord, open the protective
cover in the direction of the arrow. Connect the round
plug to the transformer according to the diagram
(see Diagram 3). Then return the protective cap to its
original position.
3. Check that the salt concentration in the water is in the normal range, otherwise concentration
over time could damage the titanium cell.
4. Connect the system to activate the display to indicate the current water temperature. Press
the power button (ON / OFF) and the light will change from red to green, thus starting the
operation of the chlorinator.
NOTE: The chlorinator will operate once sufficient water flow has been detected.
