Totalizer mode
In totalizer mode, the counter will start counting the number of pulses generated
on COUNT_CLK. This is done after the GATE is enabled. The totalize count is
measured with the following command:
The example below illustrates the count up mode when the counter is configured
as totalize with initial count set to 0.
COUNT_GATE will enable the counting after the totalize function has been
enabled and the COUNT_OUT pin will output a series of pulses as shown below.
