12.3 Extended stoppages
If the softener will be inoperative for a long time, it is recommended that the
following actions in order to preserve the equipment and its proper operation:
When you must leave the equipment out of service:
-Disconnect the machine from the electrical outlet.
-Cut off the water supply to the team, driving the external bypass is advised to mount the
installation (as recommended in paragraph 8.2).
When required again to operate the computer after a prolonged stoppage time:
-Reopen the water supply equipment, operating the external bypass.
-Reconnect the equipment to the electrical outlet.
-By the time the valve start again, you must reset the clock of the same with the current
time (according manual 8.3).
-Once the equipment is in service, let the water run for a few minutes before use.
