7.3.4 Lock-out function
Your TV set is also equipped with a lock-out function. If it is activated,
the TV set can only be switched on using the remote control. The
TV set cannot be switched on by pressing the buttons on the
television.
Activating the lock-out function
> Press and hold down the Option button for around 2 seconds
until the „TV set locked. Switch to stand-by" message appears.
> Switch the TV set to standby mode.
Deactivating the lock-out function
> Switch on the television set using the remote control. The lockout
function is now deactivated.
7.4 Programming the electronic program journal
Your TV set is capable of receiving data channels with additional
SFI data. These allow your television to display an SFI preview of
up to a week.
If you have satellite reception, you can receive this data channel over
the ASTRA satellite systems (19.2° East). To receive the equivalent
data channel over DVB-C or DVB-T too, the data channel must be
available on your cable network or in your DVBT reception area.
> Open the main menu by pressing the Menu button.
> Use the up/down arrow buttons to mark the Settings item.
> Confi rm by pressing the OK button. The Settings submenu
appears.
> Use the up/down arrow buttons to mark the Program journal
item.
> Confi rm by pressing the OK button.
The Program journal menu appears.
> You can use the up/down arrow buttons to move the marker
within the menu and modify the individual items as specifi ed.

appear when you select a menu item.
