Direct intervention by the customer
In order to avoid unnecessary costs, ensure that the problem occurring in the machine is not included in the following
table before calling the servicing department.
DEFECT
The appliance does not function and the
indicator light ON (11) is off.
The appliance does not work and the
indicator light ON (11) is on.
The appliance functions correctly but
ground coffee is not dispensed.
Technical Service
In the On Demand version of the grinder, the maintenance

Contact Technical Service as soon as possible.
14. Malfunctions – Faults
CAUSE
No electricity.
Thermal protector has cut in.
Coffee beans receptacle gate (3) closed

REMEDY
Check that the electricity is on.
Check the position of the mains switch
(11).
Wait until the appliance has cooled
down.
Pull the gate (3) towards the outside to
open the passage of the coffee to the
grinder.
