Holding Gamera
1 . Hold the camera in the palm of the left hand so as to turn the
lens focusing ring easily with fingers.
2. Hold the camera body lightly and place your right index finder
lightly on the shutter release button.
3. Press your left elbow lightly against your body and look
through the view finder to steady the camera against your
face. Then relax your right arm holding the grip.
4. With lower shutter speeds,it
is recommended to use a tripod
and/or cable release.
Winding the Film

a full single stroke or
'inching'
