The use of gases may lead to serious injury, cause fi re or ex-
plosion.
When connecting the tool to the compressed air system, con-
sider the space required for the hose to avoid damaging the
hose or connectors.
Eff ective ventilation should be provided at the workplace. Lack
of eff ective ventilation may result in health hazards, cause fi re
or explosion.
The tool is not intended for use in explosive atmospheres.
Use the tool away from heat sources and fi re as this may dam-
age the tool or impair its operation.
Observe the general safety principles when working with
spraying materials. Wear suitable personal protective equip-
ment such as goggles, masks and gloves.
Never leave the assembled pneumatic system unattended by
a person authorised to operate it. Keep children away from the
assembled pneumatic system.
High-pressure compressed air supply may cause the tool to
recoil in the direction opposite to that of the spraying agent
ejection. Special care should be taken as jet forces can, under
certain conditions, cause multiple injuries.
It is recommended to try the tool out before beginning work. It
is recommended that persons working with the tool are proper-
ly trained. This will signifi cantly increase work safety.
When working with the use of compressed air, energy is stored
in the entire system. Care must be taken when working and
during breaks in order to avoid the risk connected with the
stored compressed air energy.
Due to the possibility of electrostatic charge build-up, measure-
ments should be taken to ensure whether the tool needs to be
grounded, or whether a surface dissipating electrostatic charg-
es and/or compressed air system is necessary. It is required
that the measurement and installation of such system is carried
out by personnel with appropriate qualifi cations.
Never point the spray jet at a source of heat or fi re, as this
may cause fi re.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Vacuum cleaner assembly
Use a wrench to tighten the connector for connecting the vac-
uum cleaner to the compressed air system (II).
Place the hose clamp on the hose end with a larger diameter
and slide the hose end onto the vacuum cleaner outlet. Secure
the connection between the vacuum cleaner hose and outlet
using the hose clamp (III). Press the hose clamp only with
such force that the hose does not slide off the vacuum cleaner
outlet. Tightening the clamp too much can damage the hose.
Pull the inlet of the vacuum cleaner collection bag through the
adapter so that the inlet of the collection bag protrudes about
2-3 cm from the adapter, then turn the inlet of the collection bag
onto the adapter (IV). Insert the hose end with a smaller diame-
ter (V) into the collection bag and the adapter inlet.
Caution! The internal diameter of the adapter is diff erent for
both sides of the adapter. The collection bag inlet should be
inserted from the side with a smaller diameter and the hose
should be inserted from the side with a larger diameter.
Insert the desired working attachment into the vacuum cleaner
inlet, either directly or using the extension (VI).

Connecting the vacuum cleaner to the compressed air system
The vacuum cleaner does not have any moving parts except
for the trigger mechanism. The pneumatic system that supplies
compressed air to the tool should be equipped with a fi lter and
a reducer with a pressure gauge. The fi lter allows to clean the
air from impurities that could get inside the tool and cause con-
tamination or damage to the device. The pressure regulator
with pressure gauge will allow you to limit the pressure of the
pneumatic system to a level that is safe for the device.
The use of a lubrication equipment in the compressed air sup-
ply system is not required.
Vacuuming
Before you start vacuuming, place the hose and collection bag
in such a way that they do not cause a risk of tripping and/or
are not crushed or otherwise damaged. Avoid contact between
the hose and collection bag and hot and/or sharp objects, oils,
acids, solvents, etc.
The vacuum starts to suck in air and dirt when the trigger
is pressed and held. Releasing the trigger stops the suction
process.
The vacuum collection bag is equipped with a zipper that
makes it easy to empty the collection bag. Before emptying
the collection bag, disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the
compressed air supply system. The collection bag should be
checked regularly during use and emptied after each use of
the vacuum cleaner or if a decrease in the vacuum cleaner's
suction power is observed. After emptying the collection bag,
remember to close the zipper.
The vacuum cleaner does not have a suction adjustment sys-
tem, but the suction power is infl uenced by the supply pres-
sure. Do not exceed the allowable supply pressure.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Having fi nished your work, clean the housing, the vents, all
switches, handles and guards with compressed air (at 0.3 MPa
maximum), a brush or a dry cloth. Do not use any chemicals or
cleaners. Clean the cutter and the handles with a clean dry cloth.
If the collection bag becomes very dirty, it should be washed by
hand in water at a temperature not exceeding 40OC with soap,
then rinse in clean water and dry.

Used tools are recyclable materials - they cannot be thrown into
household waste containers as they contain substances dan-
gerous to human health and the environment! Please actively
help us in using the natural resources responsibly and protecting
the environment by handing over the used tool to a used tool
storage point. In order to reduce the amount of disposed waste,
it is necessary to reuse or recycle it in another form.
