NO ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE BLOWER SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT. THIS WILL INVALIDATE THE
WARRANTY. CONSULT THE FACTORY OR AFTERSALES PROVIDER IN YOUR AREA.
Report the machine serial number when contacting to PG.
• High oil level
• Incorrect unit levelling
• Worn joints
• Slack or loose oil level windows or
plugs
• For air operation the vent holes must
be open, and if operating with gas, the
holes must be closed vented externally
or to inlet
• Wrong size of the blower
• Excessive tolerances in the pistons
• Dirty inlet filter
• Excessive pressure or overloading of
the blower
• Worn or slack drive belts
• Excessive operating pressure
• Excessive lubricant
• Machine wear and tear
• Drain to correct level
• Level the unit using gauges and check that
all the Oil level windows indicate the same
level
• Replace the worm joint elements
• Check they are correctly tightened
• Open or close the vent holes, as necessary
• Check the performance curve and contact
the technical service
• Check the tolerances of the pistons and
consult our technical service
• Clean the filter cartridge
• Check the blower pressure and rotating
speed
Check system for blockages. Check inlet for
restrictions.
• Check the oil level
• After 3 years or 20000 hours of operation, a
general inspection by an authorised expert is
recommended
