Intended Use
This moisture meter is a useful instrument, for determining the moisture content of
wood or construction materials such as concrete, tile, screed, plaster, carpets, etc. Prior
to operational start of the device, read the following instructions carefully and keep
them for future reference.
Read and observe all instructions. The integrated protections in the
measuring tool may be compromised if the measuring tool is not used
in accordance with the instructions provided. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
Failure to follow the instructions below may result in personal injury.
- Please read this manual carefully before use.
- Do not remove the labels from the device.
- Do not use the tool in the presence of flammable/explosive gases.
- The pins are very sharp and can hurt. Handle the instrument with care.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Replace the protective cover when not in use to prevent damage to the pins.
- Cover the pins using the caps provided when not in use to prevent personal injury.
- The device must not be opened
- Do not immerse the device in water, do not allow any liquid to enter the device.
Battery safety instructions
- Please remove the batteries when cleaning the tool.
- Remove the batteries if the tool will not be used for a long period of time.
- Install the batteries correctly according to the instructions for positive and negative
charges.
- Dispose of batteries properly. High temperatures can cause explosions.
Do not burn the batteries. Please follow local regulations for battery disposal.
