Check the grinding disc before using the grinder. Do not use discs with dents, cracks or other
damages. Replace immediately worn out disc or brush. After work is finished always turn the grinder
off and wait until the disc stops completely. Only then you can put the grinder away.
● Do not overload the grinder. Weight of the power tool makes enough pressure. Overloading and
too strong pressure may cause dangerous crack of the working tool.

Always replace working tool after the grinder is dropped during operation.
●
Never hit processed material with working tool.
●
Avoid kick-backs and tearing off material with the disc, especially when processing corners,
sharp edges etc. It may cause loss of control of the tool and occurrence of the kick-back.
●
Never use wood-cutting discs designed for circular sawing machines. Use of such discs often
results in tool kick-back, loss of control and to operator injury in consequence.
SWITCHING ON / SWITCHING OFF
Hold the grinder with both hands when starting and operating the tool.

For continuous operation press front part of the switch button.

Switch button will automatically lock in the position of continuous operation.

Wait a while after starting the grinder until the disc reaches its top speed, only then you can proceed
with your work. Do not use the switch during operation of the grinder to switch it on or off. Switch
button may only be used when the power tool is away from the processed material.
Unplug the power cord from mains socket before commencing any activities related to installation,
adjustment, repair or maintenance.

Do not use water or other liquids to clean the grinder.
●
Use brush to clean the grinder.
●
Clean ventilation holes of the grinder regularly to prevent motor overheating.
●
Make periodic breaks in operation.
REPLACEMENT OF CARBON BRUSHES
Replace immediately worn out (shorter than 5 mm), burnt or cracked motor carbon brushes.
Always replace both brushes at a time.
Entrust replacement of carbon brushes to a qualified person. Use only original parts.
All faults should be repaired by service workshop authorized by the manufacturer.
