Operation

Starting the Trimmer

1. Make sure that the vents on the trimmer are
clear of any dust and debris.

2. Align the cavity in the battery pack with the
tongue on the handle housing
3. Push the battery pack into the handle until the
battery locks into the latch

4. To start the trimmer, squeeze the lockout trigger,
then squeeze the run trigger

Shutting Off the Trimmer
To shut off the trimmer, release both triggers.
Whenever you are not using the trimmer or are
transporting the trimmer to or from the work area,
remove the battery pack.
