YOGURES CON MERMELADA
4 cucharadas soperas de mermelada o gelatina de frutas
1 yogur natural o 1 bolsita de fermento – 1 l de leche.
Calentar la mermelada o la gelatina a fuego muy suave.
Añadir la leche poco a poco y añadir luego el fermento. Batir
bien hasta que la consistencia sea homogénea. Dejar que se
quede tibia y distribuir la mezcla en los 7 tarros.
Si utiliza una mermelada poco espesa se puede mezclar
directamente con la leche sin calentarla previamente.
YOGURES AL CAFÉ
2 cucharadas soperas de azúcar (según sus gustos) - 1 cucha-
rada sopera de café instantáneo - 1 yogur natural o 1
fermento en bolsita - 1 l de leche.
Calentar un poco de leche a fuego suave. Disolver el café y el
azúcar en la leche. Batir bien. Añadir el resto de leche fría y
el fermento. Mezclar hasta que la consistencia sea homogé-
nea y repartir la mezcla en los 7 tarros.
Variante: utilizar caramelo o chocolate en polvo en lugar de
café.
