Only use the approved fluids listed below.
All immersion circulators:
Water
Ethylene Glycol-Water
Propylene Glycol-Water
SIL 100
SIL 180
SIL 300
SYNTH 60
SYNTH 260
Thermo Fisher Scientific takes no responsibility for damages caused by the
selection of an unapproved fluid.
Other than water, handle and dispose of approved fluids in accordance
with the fluid manufacturer's specification and/or the fluid's SDS.
To set the fluid temperature alarms, use the circulator's menu selection
to identify the fluid, see Section 4.
When using water above 80°C closely monitor the fluid level, frequent
top-offs will be required. It will also create steam.
Water/glycol mixtures require top-offs with pure water, otherwise the
percentage of glycol will increase resulting in high viscosity and poor
performance.
