1. Press the turn on/off switch (1) up to turn on the belt
sander
2. Pressing the turn on switch and pressing the Lock
Button for permanent drive (2), you can keep running
the tool without necessity pressing the switch
3. Press the turn on switch again and release it for turn
off the belt sander
SPEED ADJUSTING
Speed can be adjusted to adequate for the material which be sanded. To regulate the
speed, move the variable speed control (3) until it left suited to the regulated position
according to the required speed to the work to be carried out
1. The sander is designed to sand wood, steel, plastic and similar materials. This tool
is principally used to remove great amount of material. Do not use this tool to sand
magnesium
2. Always ensure the belt is in good condition
3. Plug the tool to the power source
4. Put the sander down to the work piece and add a light pressure
5. Press the turn on switch (1) and let the belt get full speed before move lengthwise
the surface
6. Press the Lock Button for permanent drive (2) if a continuous operation is required

7. Sand down with linear in both directions of overlap and parallels movements
8. In order to sand wood put the tool in approximately 15° angle out of the wood. Move
the belt sander in a continued manner over the work piece. Is recommended perform
the work as is indicated, because if the force of the tool is worked in lineal form, may
produce a sudden forward and without control, resulting in personal injuries.
9. Always unstuck the sander form the work piece, before turn off
10. Always must keep your hands away from the belt, because it will be in movement
for short period of time before turn off
11. Wear protective glasses, anti-dust mask and ear protection. Ensure the tool reach
the full speed before put over the work piece. This will help prevent overload to the tool
Sanding
WARNING: Always ensure the tool is turn off and unplug before made any
adjust or maintenance procedure.
1. Push firmly the tube in the dust exhaust port (6) in
order to put the dust bag (5)
Warning. For an optimize dust collection, remove and drain the bag when it is middle
filled. Do not use the bag when sand down steel. Hot steel particles may cause the wood
dust can heat and burn in the bag.
2. Wash regularly the dust bag with warm soapy water. Ensure the bag is completely dry
