d) Selection of the cooking mode

Select the appropriate heating element depending on the dish you want to cook. When
selecting the cooking mode recommendations concerning time and temperatures are
automatically made. These may be adjusted with the "+/-" control buttons.
Specific functions
1. Multifunction (bottom + vault + fan)
Sequences
Due to the fan located on the side of the oven cavity the hot air
circulates throughout the entire oven. The heat is therefore
better distributed and cooking is more even.
