Veg gie, Turkey and Cheese
Sandwich
Ingredients:

Sliced Zucchini
•
Sliced tomatoes
•
4 slices of whole grain bread
•
8 slices of turkey
•
4 slices of Cheddar cheese
•
Dijon mustard
Steps:
•
Build the sandwich by placing 2 slices of cheese and 4 of turkey on each
side. Then top with the veggies and spread the mustard on the opposite
slice of bread
•
Place the sandwich on the griddle and cook according to instructions
•
Serve with a fresh salad
