Gril led Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients:

2 skinless chicken breasts
•
4 slices of white bread
•
Cajun spice (optional)
•
Sliced White Cheese
•
Red Bell Peppers
•
Lettuce
Steps:
•
Season and marinate the chicken (ideally the day before and
refrigerate) Grill the chikcen until fully cooked, let it rest and slice.
•
Place the chicken and all other ingredeints on top of a slice of
bread.
•
Grill the sandwich until cheese is melted.
•
Serve warm and enjoy!
