Trouble
No weld output; fan does not run.
No weld output; fan on.
Fan not operating; weld output
available.
Welding current reduces when
welding.
Circuit breaker or fuse trips/blows
during welding.
Place power switch in On position
(see Section 4.3).
Reset circuit breaker at electrical panel
(see Section 3.3).
Check for proper input power connections
(see Section 3.3).
Unit overheated. Duty Cycle Exceeded.
Allow unit to cool
(see Section 1.3).
Loose cable connections. Check cable
setup. (see Section 3.6-3.7)
Check for and remove anything blocking
fan movement.
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent
check fan motor.
Pour work lead connection. Ensure that the
work lead has a secure, unobstructed
connection to the work piece.
Under sized breaker (or fuse)
(see Section 3.3)
