Possible causes
There is no voltage in the mains.
When cooking food with a high
amount of liquid, certain amount of
steam can appear.
1. There are crumbs on the tray.
2. Fat accumulated on the grid, pan
or on the inside of the device.

• Open the door completely and remove the crumb tray.
For this, grab the edge of the tray, lift it slightly and
gently pull it toward you.
• Wash the grid, pan, spit in a warm soppy water. They
can be washed in a dishwasher. The temperature in
the dishwasher must not exceed 60
• Wipe the body of the device, crumbs tray, hobs and inner
surface (besides heating elements) with a damp soft cloth.
• Never immerse the motor unit into the water
because of the danger of electric shock.
• Thoroughly dry all parts.
Solutions
Unplug the device and wait for the voltage to
normalize.
Be careful when opening the door, not to get
burn from steam.
1. Clean the crumbs tray after every use of
the device.
2. Wipe the device inside (cooled) and wash
the grid and pan immediately after use.
