Hand Mixer Use instructions
SPEED SELECTOR
1 = MIX speed used for dry and bulk ingredients such as flour, butter and potatoes
2 = BLEND
3 = DOUGH MIXING
4 = CREAM
5-7 = BEAT
8= KNEADING
It is recommended to use the hand mixer for around 30 second at low speed – 1 – to gradually arrive
at max. speed – 8 –.
CLEANING
Before cleaning the hand mixer unplug the cord supply from the socket and make sure the switch
on/off is turned off.
Remove the whisks by pressing la removing whisks button.
Wash the whisks with hot water and soap.
The motor unit may be cleaned with a soft cloth and hot water.
Do never clean with thinners, abrasive detergent, detergent for plastic, glass or other that could
damage the hand mixer.
Do not introduce liquids into the hand mixer.
Do not immerse the motor unit into water or other liquids, do not rinse with water.
