Fit the two prongs D4x40 in their housings in the front aluminum profile and two prongs D3x40 in the lighting canopy
(Ref. 2).

Fasten the bottom bases together with the four threaded bars M8x125, the four nuts diam. 8 and eight washers M8
supplied (Ref. 3).

Join the working shelves with two M8x60 screws and two M8 nut (Ref. 4).
-
Join the uprights with two threaded bars M6x45 and four bosses M6 (Ref. 5).
Complete assembly of the cabinet as described in Paragraph 5 (Major) from instruction no. 4 to no. 7.
Major VDB
To multiplex two or more Major VDB cabinets, follow the instructions below and refer to the image in FIG. 21:

Move the cabinets together on their feet to obtain perfect alignment (Ref. 1).

Fit the two iron prongs in the housings on the aluminum profile on the front of the basin (Ref. 2).

Fasten the bases together with the four threaded bars M8x125, the eight nuts and eight washers supplied (Ref. 3).

Join the working shelves with the M8x60 screw and nut (Ref. 4).

After having removed the bottom display shelves close to the multiplexing, fix the intermediate shelf by screwing it
under the working shelf (Ref. 5) and to the basin front (Ref. 6).

Fit the two iron prongs in the housings on the aluminum top lighting (Ref. 7a).

Screw the holder of the top lighting to the multiplexing shelf using the existing holes. Insert four screws M4x20 in the
relevant housings under the top lightings, adjust the two top lightings and screw the nuts to the multiplexing shelf by
using the four screws M4 just inserted (Ref. 7b).

Screw the two tie rods to the support on the multiplexing sheld (Ref. 7c).

Joint the supply cable coming out from the intermediate shelf to the right top lighting (Ref. 7d).

Insert the middle support of the top glass shelf strongly in the middle of the multiplexing (Ref. 7e).
Complete assembly of the cabinet as described in Paragraph 5 (Major VDB) from instruction no. 6 to no. 9.
