The preset time is 10 minutes. Press the
button to adjust the time.
Press the Up/Down button to adjust the
vibration speed.
Press the Up/Down button to adjust the
lateral vibration speed.
Press the button to switch between Auto
Modes P1/P2/P3/P3/P4 and Manual Mode.
The time cannot be adjusted in the Auto
modes.
Press the button to start the unit.
Press the button to stop the unit.
