Churros maker Use instructions
Recipe for churros
Ingredients:
200 ml of water
115 g of butter
¼ tbsp of salt
315 g of sugar
½ tbsp of cinnamon powder
130 g of flour
5 big eggs
Preheat the churros maker.
Bring to boil 200 ml of water, 115 g of butter, ¼ tbsp of salt, 315 g of sugar and ½ tbsp of
cinnamon powder.
Let simmer and add the flour. Blend with a paddle until you obtain a ball-shaped dough.
Remove from the heat.
Keep blending adding one egg at a time. Let rest until the dough mantain the shape (about
5 minutes).
Put the dought in a pastry bag and pour it in the pre-heated churros maker.
Shut the churros maker and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the churros are well browned.
Use a pot holder to open the churros maker as the handles may be hot.
Remove the churros with a paddle.
If you like you can mix sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and srinkle the churros with it.
