MOTION STABILIZATION:

Enter the Movie mode menu as shown on page 29. Select Stabilization using the
Navigation/Zoom/OK control, then press the Navigation/Zoom/OK control; the Stabilization
menu will appear. Select ON to turn the stabilization on or OFF to turn the stabilization off
using the Navigation/Zoom/OK control. Then press the Navigation/Zoom/OK control.

MOTION DETECTION:

Enter the Movie mode menu as shown on page 29. Select Motion Detect using the
Navigation/Zoom/OK control 1, then press the Navigation/Zoom/OK control 1; the Motion
Detect menu will appear. Select ON to turn the Motion Detection on or OFF to turn the
Motion Detection off using the Navigation/Zoom/OK control 1. Then press the
Navigation/Zoom/OK control 1. Whenever set to On, if there is movement for three
seconds, the unit will record until the movement stops for three seconds. Press the Record-
Play Mode/Return button 2 twice to cancel.
