Error
Motor doesn't start

Solution
Turn on the power.
Check if the discharge terminal
misaligned to the connecting terminal.
Charge battery individually, if function
properly, contact local dealer to replace
charge port on the electrical
compartment.
Check wall outlet /charger / charging
plug for looseness, if so, change or
reconnect it and try again.
Internal loose of cables & wires could
also be the cause. Contact your local
dealer to solve such issue.
Ride on flat & hard surfaces.
The maxmum load is 35KG, reduce the
load.
For safety reasons, the motor controller
will reduce or stop if the temperature of
the motor rise rapidly. Stop driving and
let the motor cools down.
Inflate the tire and check the pressure
with tire gauge.
Faulty adjustment of brake system can
cause high resistance to entire system.
Check Chapter 10 to correctly adjust
brake system.
If the scooter runs but stop
unintentionally, is most likely having
faulty cables & wires. Contact your
local dealer to solve such issue as
soon as possiable.
Faulty brake sensor can cause scooter to
stop unintentionally. Check and brush
to clean the gap of brake lever. Make
sure brake cable smoothly rebound to its
original position after each brake. If the
problem cannot be solved, contact your
local dealer to solve such issue as soon
as possible.
Faulty brake sensor, switch OFF the
scooter immediately. Stop using the
scooter and contact your local dealer.
Do not use it againbefore the problems
have been solved.
