Charging the BLUETREK TATTOO
Connect the charger to the headset and the mains. During charging, the indicator light fl ashes red.
As soon as the charging process is over, the indicator light goes out. Each subsequent charging
cycle lasts approx. 3 hours.
When you hear a low-pitched beep in your headset and the indicator light fl ashes red, the headset
must be recharged.
Important:
• When the headset is fully charged, the red indicator light does not illuminate when the device is
connected to the charger. (To check whether the headset is fully charged, press the TALK button
for approx. 2 seconds. When you release the button, the red indicator light illuminates for approx.
3 seconds.)
• The headset cannot be used while it is charging. To maintain the battery capacity for as long
as possible, we recommend fully charging the headset only when the battery is low. This way,
the battery can be maintained for approx. 500 charging cycles.
• If the battery has been dead for a long period of time, the battery may be fully discharged. In
this case, charge the battery for 3 hours or longer, until the battery is fully recharged. If you are
charging the battery for the fi rst time after a long period of storage, it can take several minutes
for the red indicator light to illuminate.
• Do not charge the headset for longer than 10 hours.
• Use of a different charger voids the warranty. To do so is expressly prohibited and extremely
dangerous.
