4.6 Signals and alarms

The alarm signals appear on the TIME/HUMIDITY display while all the
rest is turned off.
The buzzer rings to signal the anomaly.
The buzzer can be silenced by pressing the START/STOP key.
ER1 Chamber probe alarm.
The alarm goes off in case of malfunction of the chamber probe. Eve-
rything is deactivated with the exception of the light and the cycle is
interrupted and the buzzer rings.
ER2 Oven safety thermostat alarm.
The alarm goes off in case of malfunction of the oven heating.
After 5 seconds, everything is deactivated, the current cycle is inter-
rupted and the buzzer rings.
When the alarm ceases, press the ON/OFF key to reset and the oven
turns OFF.

4.7 Absence of voltage

If during the execution of a cooking cycle there is a power outage,
when power is restored the oven turns OFF.

4.8 Hidden menu

- activate or deactivate preheating, as desired.
- temperature scale whether in Celsius or Fahrenheit degrees.
