When you are finished cooking, turn off all burners and allow to cool.
When performing cleaning and maintenance of the burners, always ensure burner ports are properly
aligned with valve openings after reinstalling on the outdoor stove. See figure for correct alignment.

Once cool, clean your outdoor stove with a rag, soap and water. To protect and prevent rust, lightly
coat the cooking grates with flaxseed or other vegetable oil. Continued cleaning and care are the key to
ensuring a long life for your Char-Griller Outdoor Stove.
