3 Applications
This set of speaker systems consists of an active
speaker system with a 2-channel amplifier and a pas-
sive speaker system. The speaker cabinets are de-
signed as bass reflex systems. As 2-way systems they
are equipped with a bass speaker and a dome tweeter
each. With this set, existing HiFi stereo systems can be
extended in an optimum way. However, the speaker
systems can also be used for PA and DJ applications.

4 Setting into Operation

4.1 Setting up and mounting

1. For setting up the speaker systems as desired,
screw off the mounting brackets (1). For this pur-
pose unscrew the two mounting screws (2).
2. For using the speaker systems as wall speakers,
fasten them with screws to the wall via their mount-
ing brackets (1). For better handling, screw off the
brackets first. For this purpose unscrew the two
mounting screws (2). Then fix the brackets to the
wall and fasten the speaker systems with screws to
the brackets.

4.2 Making the connections

Only make or change all connections with the active
speaker system switched off.
1) Connect the terminal strip OUTPUT (5) via a speak-
er cable (e. g. series SPC-... from MONACOR) to
the terminal strip INPUT of the passive speaker
system. Connect the red terminals with each other
and the black terminals with each other.
