5.
No water in the boiler due
a failure of the water
group (electric valve, tubes and
connections).
6.
The pump does not work.
BREAKDOWNS ON THE CONDENSATE RECOVER TANK AND ON THE ELECTRONIC
1.
No water in the tank, due
to a failure of the water feeding
group (electric valve, connection
tubes).
2.
Water doesn't reach the pump.

c)
The boiler level probe have lime
scales on its end: the machine
does not operate correctly and
water is fed in continuously.
d)
Interruption on wires and on
connection contacts of the level
gauges on the electric panels.
e)
Electronic groups failure.

A failure of the level gauges or of
elements
the electronic groups would burn the
heating elements.

b)
The water filter assembled on the
electric feed valve is clogged.
c)
Electric feed valve failure.

6.
Causes:
a)
The pump rotor is blocked by
scales.
b)
Pump Motor burned.

c)
Disassemble the level probe
and carefully remove lime
scales from the gauge bodies
by means of emery cloth.
Make
sure
pin/electrode does not rotate
inside the gauge holder, if
necessary screw the upper
nut tight.
d)
Restore continuity on wires
and
connection
between level gauges and
electric panel.
e)
Replace one or both the
electronic stations inside the
electric panel.

Performs
the
procedure as per pos. 3C.
Replace the level gauges or one
or both the electronic groups.
5.
Solutions:
a)
Make sure that water is fed
into the machine by removing
the rubber pipe mounted on
the feeding pipe holder.
b)
Clean
the
disassembling the rubber feed
pipe holder.
c)
Check if the coil of the feed
valve is burned, if so replace
it.
d)
Free and clean tubes and
connections from lime scales.
6.
Solutions:
a)
Try to operate the pump rotor
by rotating the motor shaft by
means of a screw driver
applied into the slit on the
pump motor side. If this fails,
the pump cover must be
disassembled, the brass fan
must be cleaned and the
correct rotation checked.
b)
Replace the pump motor.
