SAFETY WARNINGS
Read these instructions carefully before proceeding
to use the steam generator. Keep this instruction
manual for future reference. Illustrations used in this
manual are indicative and do not refer to a specific
model/style. The manufacturer reserves the right to
make, at any time, any changes it deems appropriate
without any duty to update these instructions.
This
generator
is
equipment suitable only for the generation of water
vapor. Before using the steam generator identify all
parts involved in the pressure circuit (see table
"Pressure circuit"). Do not make any changes or
modifications, follow the intended use of this
manual and use only at the working pressure stated
on the CE label/Technical specifications.
All pressure equipment have been designed and
constructed in accordance with the Directive
97/23/CE (P.E.D.).
User's obligations.
For pressure equipment/assembly the users must
comply with the regulations and national applicable
laws
(in
the
country
commissioning, the census, the use, safety in the
workplace, periodic check and the disposal. In Italy
these obligations are governed by DM 329/04,
Legislative Decree n° 81/08, and Decree April the

2011.
INTENDED USE
Use the generator only to generate steam for
ironing, as indicated in this instructions manual;
for other uses, you have to make an agreement
with the manufacturer.
Any improper use from the present instructions will
void the warranty.
We decline all responsibility in case of accidents due
to improper use of this steam generator non-
compliant to what described.
NOT INTENDED USE
Do not use the steam generator for improper use,
such as a workbench, for storage or seating.
Remove the packing material and keep it away from
children. Choking hazard! Children can suffocate for
improper use of packing material.
After removing packing from the steam generator,
check if it has suffered any damage during
transportation. If damage has occurred please call the
supplier.
Remove all accessories not fixed or bolted to the
pallet, as they can damage property, persons or
animals when falling down.
Lift or move the steam generator only by mechanical
means (forklift truck), make sure that the area
involved in movement/placement is free of people or
things. Avoid sudden movements and shocks; in
these cases the steam generator has to be checked
by a technician, apply to the service, since it could not
be safe.
Do not expose the steam generator to wind, rain or
extreme temperatures.

Inspection, repair and technical maintenance may
only be performed by a qualified specialist and with
the necessary safety protections (gloves , shoes,etc).
In case of damage or malfunction, immediately switch
off the steam generator and close all the ball cocks on
the
connections
disassemble but call technical service. It could cause
injury or further damage.
Before removing any panels of the steam
generator for maintenance or to carry out any
work. Make sure the following are switched off:
power supply and steam; moreover, the hot parts
must be left to cool and the steam in the
generator must be discharged.

heat (live element, electric stove...) or inflammable
materials (explosive, ignitable gases...).

We recommend a minimum distance of 60cm around
the steam generator for maintenance, the positioning
of other machines and, if required, for passage.
Before connecting the steam generator, make
sure that the mains voltage and the frequency are

same
specifications and that the electrical supply line
must be fitted with an automatic differential heat
safety cut-out switch with a mechanical plug and
socket block .This plug must be able to support
the power absorbed by the steam generator and
must be connected to a good earth (see
"Technical specification"). The electric system
must comply with the existing rules and laws.
Do not put the steam generator, the cable or the plugs
in water or other liquids
Do not place the electrical cable over sharp edges or
close to hot surfaces or objects; do not allow the
electrical cable to be twisted, crushed or stretched,
because the electrical cable can be damaged.
Do not use the steam generator if the electrical cable
or other important parts are damaged. If you have to
replace some parts, please contact the qualified and
authorised service centre.
Do not use the steam generator near sinks, bathtubs,
showers or containers full of water. Never touch the
steam generator with wet hands or feet when plug is
connected.
