Water is the basic prerequisite for all life!
Water is life!
The first loving step towards recovery and the
preservation of your precious health is therefore only possible with clean, healthy and vital drinking
water! We are pleased that you have decided to use our innovative filter system.

Frequently asked questions
Is lime also filtered out?
No!
The water retains its natural composition of minerals such as calcium and magnesium. The structure
of the water is changed by an ion exchange. This can result in fine lime dust instead of stubborn deposits,
e.g. in the kettle. This is easier to wipe off! If you are primarily looking for a limescale filter, our filter is
probably not the optimal solution for you. Pure limescale filters have other major disadvantages such as
a too low flow rate and frequent filter changes.
Is the electrical conductance changed?
No!
The electrical conductivity is not or only minimally changed by our filter system. According to the
current state of the art, conductivity is not important for the assessment of drinking water quality.
Conductivity devices do not detect even the most extreme contamination, e.g. with paracetamol. They
also sound a false alarm for something as harmless as table salt. There are conductive and non-
conductive contaminations in water.
Is the pH value changed?
No!
Our water filter does not change the pH value of the filtered water. As a rule, drinking water has a
neutral to slightly alkaline pH value (7-8.5).
Is the mineral content changed?
No!
As already explained in the question about lime, our filter system does not change the mineral
content of the filtered water. This has a decisive influence on the character and taste of the drinking
water.
Can the filter be connected in front of the entire household supply?
No!
Our filter system is unfortunately only designed for installation at a cold water supply point, e.g.
under the kitchen sink. Such home supply filters are many times larger and more expensive.
Can the filter be connected to a private well?
No!
Private wells often have many more suspended particles that quickly clog the filter and are often
heavily contaminated! Our filter may therefore only be connected to the public water supply line.
