Maintenance
The water filter requires regular periodic maintenance! To ensure a constant quality of drinking
water, the filter cartridge should be replaced every 12 months or after 11,200 litres (whichever comes
first). The stated capacity and output depends on the respective water quality and local water pressure
and may vary. If the flow rate has decreased considerably, the end of the filter capacity has been
reached and the cartridge must be replaced. The old cartridge can be disposed of with household waste.

Removal of the old cartridge
- Close cold water valve on the wall
- Drain the remaining water pressure via the tap
- unhook the complete filter from the wall
- Push the red lever upwards while turning the cartridge in the direction of the red arrow
- Remove the filter head from above with light to medium force
- Dispose of the old filter cartridge in household waste
Installation of the new cartridge
- Unpack new filter cartridge and remove protective cap
- Grease the O-rings of the cartridge with a little cooking oil.
- Place the filter head loosely on the cartridge and turn it until the filter head sinks in slightly
- Now apply light to medium pressure from above on the filter head until it sinks approx. 1cm
- Screw the cartridge into the filter head in the direction of the green arrow
- Until the red lever engages slightly downwards
- Hook the complete filter back on the screws
- Reopen the cold water valve
- Rinse the filter for 8-10 minutes
- Check everything for leaks! Done!
