Error codes

When icon is displayed and an error code appears, please troubleshoot according to the following table.

Solution
Check the door weight, make sure the height is below the allowed
maximum value.
Check whether the cord/door is stuck.
Clear the obstacle and recalibrate.
If you don't recalibrate, E4 will appear in the display reminding you to
recalibrate.
Check the battery size, make sure to use an AA alkaline battery.
Recalibrate the door opening/closing height. If the error still occurs after
changing the batteries, please send the device for repairs.
Check the battery level. if the batteries are flat, replace them.
Check the door weight. If the door is too heavy, replace it.
Check whether the front panel is correctly attached. If not, attached
properly.
Check the motor connection. If isn't connected properly, correct it and then
press and recalibrate the door.
If E3 still occurs after troubleshooting, please send the device for repairs.
Recalibrate the opening/closing height.
