4. If the distance is shown on the LED display but there is no
obstacle in front of the sensors, please check if the sensors
are installed correctly. Please check the position and direction
of the sensors. The sensors must be mounted horizontally.
If mounted incorrectly, the sensors can detect the ground,
license plate number, spare wheel or rear spoiler.
5. If the problems persist, the sensors might be defective. Call a
specialized service center.
Notes:
•
Pay attention to the size of the sensor mounting hole (16mm)
•
During system installation, the car engine must be stopped.
•
The performance of the system can be altered in the following
cases: torrential rain, paved road, uneven road, vegetation,
extremely hot, humid or cold weather, the presence of snow,
mud or ice on the sensors.
•
The system operation might be affected by the presence of
other ultrasonic waves, such as those emitted by a 24V / 12V
converter.
•
The sensors must not be mounted too tight or too light
•
The metal bar can affect the system performance
